The event is called “Surviving the Holidays” and it is for divorced and separated individuals of all ages, regardless of how long ago the separation occurred. Surviving the Holidays was designed by Divorce Care, an international organization that ministers to people who have gone through, or are going through, a separation or divorce.
The free, two-hour event will include a video lesson, group conversation, and an encouraging message. You don’t need an invitation—you can simply sign up and show up!
According to the official Divorce Care website, “By attending Surviving the Holidays, you’ll learn how to:

- Survive social events
- Give your kids a good holiday experience
- Find hope for your future”

At the end of the event, you’ll leave with a “Survival Guide” that offers tips and encouragement for managing the holidays after divorce or separation.
